Ms. Ragini Chokshi, (BA,FCS)

She is a Senior Partner and founder of the firm and a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is having 2 decades of extensive experience in the field of Corporate Laws, Restructuring and appearance before quasi-judicial bodies like Company Law Board, SEBI, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) & RBI. She was also a council member of WIRC of ICSI for past 10 years and last served as Chairman of WIRC - ICSI for the year 2014. She has in-depth knowledge of Compliance Audit & Secretarial Audit and therefore looks after said assignments of the firm.

Mr. Umashankar Hegde, (B.COM, LL.B, ACS)

He is a member of ICSI and partner of the firm and has overall experience of 14 years in the field of Corporate Laws, Corporate Restructuring, Legal Compliance and Management, Legal Due Diligence Drafting various types of agreement vis-a-vis Shareholders Agreement, Joint venture Agreement, Confidentiality Agreement & petitions w.r.t condonation of delay for registration and satisfaction of charges, shifting of registered office, condonation of delay for repayment of fixed deposit, compounding of offence and appearance before quasi-judicial authorities like Regional Director, Company Law Board, SEBI, Consumer forum. He handles legal assignments and Secretarial Audit assignments of the firm.

Mr. Makrand Patwardhan, (B.COM, LL.B, ACS)

He is a member of ICSI. He has been working with corporate sector since 1991. He has worked with various leading and big groups.He has considerable experience in the field of Corporate Laws and Foreign Exchange Laws and handles the Foreign Exchange assignment of the firm.

Mr. Divesh Goyal, (B.COM, LL.B, ACS)

He is Associate Member of Institute of Companies Secretaries of India having good experience in legal and secretarial matters. He is young and energetic Practicing Company Secretary with a zeal to dig deep into the nuances of Corporate Laws and has written various articles on the Companies Act,2013 & Corporate Laws which have been published on prominent websites like Taxmann, Taxguru,etc and also various professional newletters across India like Chartered Secretary , Kanpur Chapter of ICSI & SIRC Newsletter.

Mr. Sivakumar P. (FCS, ICAI-CMA)

Mr. CS Sivakumar P. is a Post graduate in Commerce, a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Fellow member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICAI-CMA), He brings with him 35 years of multi-disciplinary experience. He has to his credit, Certified Management Accountant credential from IMA (USA). He has successfully managed the public issues of several companies where he has remained the Company Secretary and Finance Head. Having served for long years in the public, private and joint sectors, He has rich and varied experience in the areas of corporate law, finance, accounting, administration and management.

Mr.Sunny Shah, (B.SC, LL.B{Hons}, LL.M {Dispute Resolution}).

He completed his Law from National Law School, Jodhpur. He has also completed his masters degree in Laws from Cornell Law School New york. His rich experience includes interning with Judges of Supreme Court. His previous association was with Law firm Amarchand Mangaldas. He has also authored 3 books on topics like Dispute Resolution, Adjudication by the Indian Supreme Court: Doing Statutory Interpretation or Making Judicial Legislation - A Critique, The History, Rationale and Critical Analysis of Reservations under the Constitution if India. He was previously associated with renowned Law firm Amarchand Mangaldas. He handles litigation assignments of the firm like appearance before various quasi-judicial bodies.

Mr. Kuldeep Bothra, (B.Com, A.C.S)

He has more than 5 years of experience related to Corporate laws, Secretarial Audits, ROC, compliances including creation, modification of charge, liaison and appearances before various authorities including Ministry of Corporate Affairs, NCLT, Registrar of Companies etc. due diligence audit, XBRL filing for listed and unlisted companies, annual returns.

Mr. Abhishek Shukla, (B. Com, ACS)

He is young and energetic Practicing Company Secretary and ready to accept challenges in the field of Practice. He has good experience related to Corporate laws, Secretarial Audits, MCA & SEBI compliances, compounding of offences, liaison and appearances before various authorities, legal due diligence and Foreign Exchange Laws etc.
